DTT Audit Trail Detail Report

I have CP 5.00.41.97.

I ran a DTT audit trail detail report showing my delivery to telephone attempts.

The report shows columns headed with call status, reason, action, process type, with numbers in these columns.

I am trying to find out what these numbers mean. I have looked in the CP Reporter admin guide - couldn't find it.

Does anyone know what these codes mean?
