DTS Send Mail - attachment problems

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a problem with sql server or Outlook 2000, but I have a dts package that exports a bunch of records into a csv file, and then emails that file as an attachment.

When the email arrives, the attachement is un-readable and has been renamed attach00023.dat - the filename should be latest_records.csv

In the Send Mail properties, the only profile I have available is 'Microsoft Outlook Internet Settings'.

The email arrives OK but the attachment is needed. Has anyone any suggestions?

Sorted it - I used xp_sendmail in the end and that seems to work as expected.
