DTS Scheduled job fails...

Working with SQL Server 7.0:

I have a DTS package that works when executed manually. However, when I schedule it, the package fails right away.

Are there any known issues regarding this situation?
Any ideas on what I can look at to fix this problem?

I believe it's permission issue.the service account of ur SQL Server agent doesnt have priviledge for acceing some folder or file in the DTS package.

Pretty common issue, u could search some similar thread everywhere
