I am using DTS to import 3 tables from FoxPro 8 and when I run the DTS package manually, it works fine. When I schedule the job to run -- IT FAILS... the following error is what I receive::::

Executed as user: MRE_DOMAIN\SQLSVC. ...art: Drop table [H2O].[dbo].[posttime] Step DTSRun OnStart: Drop table [H2O].[dbo].[respchld] Step DTSRun OnStart: Drop table [H2O].[dbo].[respdet] Step DTSRun OnFinish: Drop table [H2O].[dbo].[respchld] Step DTSRun OnStart: Create Table [H2O].[dbo].[respchld] Step DTSRun OnFinish: Drop table [H2O].[dbo].[posttime] Step DTSRun OnStart: Create Table [H2O].[dbo].[posttime] Step DTSRun OnFinish: Create Table [H2O].[dbo].[respchld] Step DTSRun OnStart: Copy Data from respchld to [H2O].[dbo].[respchld] Step DTSRun OnStart: Create Table [H2O].[dbo].[respdet] Step DTSRun OnError: Copy Data from respchld to [H2O].[dbo].[respchld] Step, Error = -2147221005 (800401F3) Error string: Invalid class string Error source: Microsoft Data Transformation Services (DTS) Package Help file: sqldts80.hlp Help context: 1100 Error Detail Records: Error: -2147221005 (800401F3); Provi... PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like the server doesn't have the FoxPro 8 driver installed or setup correctly.

But why can I run it directly through DTS but the scheduler fail - is that caused by the driver??

Thank you -- now I will just need to find the driver for FoxPro 8 and load it onto my server --- oh, yippee!

You'll probably need to ask the folks in the foxpro forum.
