Hi all
Having installed msde 2000, it seems every thing I might want to do relating to deployment of my backend seems to revolve around the DTS designer which is part of this mysterious enterprise manager, which it seems is only available in the full version of sql server. Even pushing and pulling subscriptions seems to revolve around the EM.
Having read a few things on the m$oft site, it seems I can use vba to deploy the physical mdf file, but as I deploy 'schema' changes (alter procedures, new tables/fields etc) I'm guessing dts is the 'thing' to do.
My question is how do I create dts packages with out the dts designer?
THanks
