DTS package to load Webpage .cvs file

Unfortunately I think the web page would act as a buffer for the hyperlink to the target file, giving no direct access to the target file.
In this case, can you not see the properties of the HLink, and use that in the DTS package as the target file (.cvs is as similar to xls as it is txt), and then simply import the data in to a temp table and go from there?
