Jobs in msdb.
DTS packages there too if you save them to the server - better to save as files though.
DTS packages are in sysdtspackages jobs are in sysjobs, sysjobsteps, sysjobschedules, ...
If you have rebuilt and don't have a backup of msdb you have lost them.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.
Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy.
