DTS Package fails to start

Hi,

I have a system which I have just installed a fresh install of NT4 sp6 and Sql 7 on a server. When I first installed the server I ran the DTS Wiz and transfered some data from my other server and everything seemed to go fine, I then installed SP2 on the SQL server, now I seem to be unable to complete the DTS wizard. I can step thru it and select my databases and settings to transfer, I can connect to my other server, but when I get to the end of the wizard and actually attempt to run the package I get an error box titled Initilize COM the message says Unable to create an instance of the DTS Package. I have uninstalled and re-installed SQL 7 I now get the same error pre-SP2. I have also uninstalled (using comcheck) my MDAC and re-installed MDAC 2.1, Re-installed my NT service pack etc but no luck.

Any ideas?

Did you ever resolve this issue. I have almost the identical problem.
