DTS only executes trigger from Designer

To All:

We have a DTS package that is setup to import from an excel spreadsheet. When we run the DTS from the Designer in Enterprise Manager it fires an insert trigger like it is supposed to. When we run the DTS package from the list of packages by right-clicking on it or schedule it to run, it does not execute the trigger.

Any ideas on what to do to solve this problem? We're not sure what is going on. We've already turned off the Fast Load options.

Use the profiler to see what it is doing in the different situations.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.
