DTS job doesn't copy data

Hi

I had big problems trying to run a DTS package as a job - i took the tick of non-sys admin, under SQL server agent, and the jobs ran ok - problem is they don't actually do what they're meant to. When I execute the DTS package it runs the delete statement then copies across the data between servers. works ok - as soon as the job runs, athough it says successful nothing has happened i.e. it doesn't copy across any new data

the other thing I have noticed is the SQL server agent on the staging server logs on as domain\administrator - the sql server agent through SQL connects using windows - teh job runs as domain\rhughes, which is my account - the live web server will not have either Windows NT account - is this the problem ????
