DTS Ignores the last row

I met this same issue several times.
Source file is a text file, but it is text file by uploading excel file into mainframe to create
using 'Transform Data Task' to load data into SQL Server table, it finished successfully, but the last row is losted.

Is there anyone has the same issue?
Any idea would be appreciated
