DTS FTP would not commit

I have created DTS FTP package to upload file from FTP site to my directory. It looks fine, executes with no error, I can even see file but at the moment when receiving a message - "Successfully completed execution of package" - file would be deleted from the folder. It looks like roll back on success. I tried to change all available properties, but with no success.
I would appreciate any help or hints.

Get the latest version of MDAC. I was having the same problem, except I was downloading multiple files and the last one always disappeared on completion. After updating MDAC, the problem went away.

Latest version of MDAC did not help. Anybody else had the same problem?

Guess what I had the same problem as well when I used to do it from my SQL 7 Server from the server. Once I installed a SQL Server 2000 client and then ran the DTS FTP package so that it downloaded locally to my drive then it did transfer succesfully without any hassles.

The original problem I was unable to resolve.
