dts export to .csv

Hi All,

I am new to SQL and I am trying to export from a dts to a .csv file. Is there anything special that I need to do?

You don't need to do anything special. Use the DTS wizard. From the Tools Menu in EM -> wizards -> Data transformation ->Export data.
Choose your source database On the screen to specify the destination Choose text file in the drop down then specify the destination file naming it with a CSV extension. On the screen to specify the delimiter, choose comma delimited. Then proceed to execute the package.
