DTS Error when scheduled

Hi guys..

I am getting this error when I schedule a DTS package. any ideas will be appreaciated..

Does the server(\\snowsvr) and the share(\common\rghpdata\) have rights set up on them for the account that is used on the SQL Server server that start SQL Server? A domain account or such.
