DTS error - help!! 1

Here is the output file from my DTS transformation. I am pulling from an IEX server to a SQL 2000 server. There is plenty of space in the destination database. Why is this process stopping?

It was a timeout on the other side of the ODBC connection. The driver just doesn't handle errors from the other side very well. Thanks for the help.
