DTS & SP Raised errors

I have a DTS package that is executing a stored procedure as one of the steps. Within the SP, I do some error handling and raise an error if one occurs. How do I see that error that is raised or is there a certain error severity that I need to use to cancel the DTS package? The output file does not contain any errors that I raise.
