dtpicker not available?

I have an Access application which is used by multiple users. One of our users got a new computer. She can open the application without error. When she goes to open a form which has a dtpicker control on it, she gets an error.

Runtime error -2147352567 (80020009)
There is no object in this control.

I suspect that there is some missing or outdated library to blame, but I haven't been able to figure out how to find it. Anybody?

goto the refrences in the vbe (vb editor) and find that refrence and make sure its checked i am not sure exactly wich one it is but i think its spelled out there
