DTPicker looks like text box on one PC

I have an application on the network shared by several users. It has a form where the users select a date using DTPicker. I am having a problem with one user. On his PC, the date field looks like a text box rather than a combo box. There is no way to select a date because there is no drop-down calendar.

I have checked his Windows/system32 folder, and the following OCX files are in there with the same dates as on my PC:
mscomt2.ocx
mscomm32.ocx
mscomctl.ocx

I don't know what else to look for. Any suggestions?

Install the appropriate release of MDAC (free MS download).
Could be something got whacked....
