DTPicker, can year scrollbars be visible?

Okay, probably an easy one for some of you, but i haven't yet figured out how to make the year scrollbar always visible. The trouble is, when a user clicks on the DTPicker, the Monthview is displayed, but they forget how to get the year to change (ie. click on year, the toggle shows up, navigate up and/or down). Instead they traverse to whatever year they want by scrolling through the months. This is nasty -to say the least- when they have to navigate to a date a few years away from the here and now.

So, does anyone know how to get the year scroll buttons to appear automatically, and stay visible whenever some clicks on the DTPicker and the Monthview becomes visible?

Okay, i think i've posted this in the wrong forum Sorry about that.
