Our existing PABX rel 22.43, together with Mlink 5.05, does not support DTMF feature.

Why? Is it due to release version (if yes, which release support it) OR Nortel does not support it at all?

Appreciate reply from helpful sole.

It does support it it is on a timmer in the RDB also to kick in the timmer right away press the * key after dialing.
