DTMF tones with a dictation system

Having issues when dialing into our dictation system from an outside line. I can dial our 4-digit dictation line from our Cisco phones and I am able to log into our dictation. It is when I dial the whole number from my cell phone or just from an outside line. Once the dictation system answers it asks for my 3 digit user ID, followed by 2 digits, followed by 6 more digits. It seems like the DTMF tones are getting duplicated at the end because it is taking me to another part of the system. Is there a way to change the DTMF tones?

Can you post the config of the gateway that your PSTN is connected to?

Do we think it has to do with mgcp package-capability dtmf-package not being there????

While the config I got this from is a few years old, and I dont normally deal with MGCP gateways anymore. I believe this is the command you should add:

mgcp dtmf-relay voip codec all mode out-of-band
