DTMF tones when dialling out

Hi All,

I have a site who for some reason when they dial out now and encounter an auto attendant cant send DTMF tones. Anyone had this before?

Seen it when they are running on a Dig expansion module that wasn't stepped through 3.2.999

Not happy with Avaya ATM....

And that is just the start of the problems
if they are DS phones & the module has not been correctly upgraded expect further problems to develop if they are not fixed.

Computers are like Air conditioners:-
Both stop working when you open Windows

Indeed, like the dreaded "DTMF Squeel" (fixed temporarily by dialling *00)

Not happy with Avaya ATM....
