We have two different systems that use the same service provider, same ipo version, ect. Endpoint is a communicator
When sending a dtmf tone with one, the ipo sends an INFO packet. The service provider rejects this as unsupported media type.
The other solution sends an OPTIONS packet. This works.
There is no difference between these systems, one is actually a test bed for the other.
Any thoughts on what could be causing this?
