DTMF tones over GSM WLL

We have Simado GFX11 V5 system WLL devices. It is problem, when we try to send DTMF tones out to IVR. I tried to change DTMF out dial on time (which is 100 ms by default) with no success.
Any ideas what exact time should be? What i have to check else?

A normal but fast DTMF time would be 80 on and 80 off
