DTMF tones ON IP SETS

HI All

I have a problem at a site, they have a recording system that is used for recording memos, they dial into this recorder. The use key tone to make this recorder work. The problem is that from IP sets this doesn't work, Any iders on why it doesn't work?
I can use it from my IP set, off another system.

Check your tone tables. a law /u law settings .

Check the XCTP block in ld 97 and make sure DTMF is set to 14.

It looks like it is a setting in the Media trunk card, you need to tick DTMF.
