i need support for NEC SV9100 Configuration,
Step1. Client using External Voicemail Server(FCS),
Step2. 4 Nos Analog extension Connect for Voice Server. 4 Nos extension Group Number is 55.
Step3. When any User dial 55 that time MSG replay you have rich the voice mail server dial 1 for Listen,Dial 2 for Delete, It is OK.
Step4. When any user dial Guest room extension >>> Guest room extension NO Replay Forward to Voice mail Group Number 55 >>> As of now Voicemail server does not understood this call actually Direct dial call or Forward call. FCS person saying allow enable DTMT String.
Any one support me how to enable DTMF String in SV9100 System.
