No, the dtmf receivers are either on E&M line cards or on a service/combo card that is inserted into the KSU.

Hey RingJenny,
The DTMF sub-system on Norstar is actually a pretty sore spot for most users; it makes adding non-Nortel, or non-Digital stuff like Paging interfaces, VoIP boxes, answering machines, or any ATA connected goodies fairly useless.
You can "borrow" a DTMF generator per call by using FEATURE+808, but, as always, Jerry's right on when he says that they only on the certain TC's and other non-core parts.
