I'm deploying a new AVP and a new application so it's not in prodcution just yet. The first application that we're deploying will allow you to bypass the initial message by entering "1". This has worked on ever test call internally. Now the external testing has revealed that the application doesn't always see the initial "1" but after a couple of times it will pick it up. Also we've tested this across a couple of tdm trunk groups and get the same result. We also service observed the calls and we can hear the tones. Just wondering if anyone has seen this problem.
