DTMF over IP G3r V11 to Cisco

Hi All,
I have a G3r with IP trunking to a remote Cisco Call manager. Everything works OK, except the users on the Cisco cannot send DTMF back to the Definity. (Audix access. I am told Avaya have a patch for this, anyone know about this?

Speak softly and carry a big switch
 
Make sure that the trunk group is programmed into the signal group form. When the connection from the Cisco to the Avaya is made the signal group needs to know what trunk group to process the call.

On an Avaya to an Avaya IP connection we had the same problem untill we changed the codec to one that supported DTMF/Dialtone/MOH(in this case it was G711).....hope this helps
