Customer has 3 sites, all running 11.0.4. All calls are routed through dual SIP PRI's at the main location. They are trying to make conference calls via a 3rd party conferencing center. The remote locations are saying that DTMF is not working. Main site is not having the same problems. When I have them call a DTMF testing number, they all work. When they call other companies with an auto attendant, everything works. But they are saying they have now tried several different conferencing centers, and non of them work. Any ideas?

I believe its not working on SIP line, PRI is fine?
Try to set the scn lines with the same codec as the sip line.
Try to tick "codec lockdown" and un-tick "direct media" from SCN lines(Both ends).
Try to un-tick the "re-invite supported" in scn lines if the above fails.

I have had this problem before using VoIP lines converted to analog in the provider's equipment (fiber to analog AND CATV to analog). I was able to correct it using a setting in the Line>Analog tab to lengthen the duration of the DTMF signal sent. In that case, DTMF tones are not sustained for the duration of the time that the button is pressed. Instead, the button is like a trigger, and the DTMF sustain duration is based on the setting in this field.

I do not know, off the top of my head, whether PRI or SIP lines have such a setting, but I would check, if I was you. On the analog lines, the settings were in milliseconds, and I maxed out the option. Give it a try, and please let us know the outcome.

Sometimes, I feel like a kindergartner missing out on recess, because certain kids won't shut up and get in line.
