DTMF not working on IP Office Softphone using Avaya Equinox [Using Authcode]

hi guys! hoping that you could help me on my problem. We have IPO SE 11 and have a auth code. Ive created a user 1011 with no extension with a power license.

When I am dialling outside or IDD. the DTMF on dialpad isnt working when I am typing the authcode 1234#.

Did anyone encounter same problem?

Create a PCAP trace Abs look what happens. Usually you should see DTMF event messages. Look also into monitor. There you should also see the recognized DTMF digits.
