DTMF not working on Auto Attendant

We have a IPO500v2 rls 9.1 wtih embedded voice mail. When calls come to the AA and the callers press any option it does not recognize the DTMF. This problem only occurs on the SIP trunks, we have POTS lines and there are no problems with the DTMF dialing through the AA. Are there any settings in SIP for DTMF. Any assistance will be appreciated.

 
You set DTMF support on the SIP line, normally this should be RFC2833, but it depends what the provider supports.

Is this inbound the the Avyaa AA or outbound to others?

There is a 9.1 bug in regard to calling outbound to AAs and DTMF not working. Upgrade to the latest SP of 9.1 to solve this issue.

We have also seen issues with SIP and certain firewalls causing the same issue. Watchguard is one of them.

Thanks for the replys, i was able to change the DTMF settings to RFC2833 and now all is working. Thanks again.
