DTMF not recognized on incoming trunks

I'm not sure if anyone has experienced this before but my ACM R15.00.0.825.4 S8730 w/G650, is not recognizing DTMF on incoming trunk calls. I've tested this with Analog COT, ISDN/PRI and SIP trunks, all terminating to a VDN/vector that is collecting a digit or digits after an announcement. The external caller can hear the DTMF tones being sent but if I trace the VDN I see nothing.

If I call the VDN internally, it works all day long.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
