We have just started getting reports from various users and have confirmed that when dialing from their digital sets it sounds like the keys are sticking (extended DTMF tones intermittently). This occures when dialing internal/external, navigating internal voicemail or navigating menus outside the company. I have about half a dozen reports and the phones are spread across different loops and shelves. This is an 81c running CS1000 5.5.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

he's right.. that is usually a controller.. meaning not all over the switch... IF it is all over the switch.. all groups, then you rule out everything except the cpu or clock card.. now tell me it is the same on both sides and it is not in the switch.. it is magic...

I suggest replacing the Conf/TDS pack in the same Net/Group of the dtmf issues.
