DTMF Issue

Hi ALl

I am having some issues with a fault.

I have server edition running a main system on 9.1 with an ip500v2 as exp module.

On the v2 i have ds8 with BRI 8, Phone 2 with a bri 8, VCM 32, phone 8.

I have a polycom sound station 2W attached to one of the phone ports but i am unable to dial into a conference bridge set up on the server edition VMP, You can see the DTMF being sent from the EXP and being received. but i am unable to dial in. I have changed over ports on the phone system changed over the phones.

Any suggestions on how to rectify this issue.

Did you try to call outside to any auto attendant (bank etc) to see if you are able to send DTMF tones?

I have tried this and it works it just doest seem to recognise on the server edition. I have no idea on how to rectify this.

Then,

Try to call a IP extension on the server, see if you can hear the DTMF tones on that extension.

try to stop and restart the voicemail pro service and retest
