DTMF for toll free one I can' get to work 800 982 7144.

We have dest codes set up to send all toll free numbers over for DTMF.
We have one that we just can't get to receive our DTMF. Thank Goodness you can speak the prompts.
800 982 7144 TSE 4.1 dialing from BSA and BS soft client
Even tho we hear the choices it still shows 'dialing'. Thank you
