After installing MX-1 messaging 4.1 wth TSW TSW SP02, I faced a problem with DTMF detection even after installing the required patches on the Messaging server (patch 39390,39600).

The case is when I connect Ericsson FCT to the TSW as analogue trunk and make an incoming call to the messaging system from another FCT or from the GSM network, the DTMF digits detected correctly without any problem.
But when make an incoming call to the messaging system from a public trunk line (PTT) the DTMF digits are not recognized correctly...the messaging comes back with the message "Invalid entry", it seems the DTMF level detection at the TSW or messaging is not compatible with the DTMF digits coming from the public trunk lines.

Is there anyway to adjust the DTMF detection level from the TSW/messaging side to overcome this issue?

Below you find the SACOP values (DTMF) from the TSW system

SACOP:UNIT=TRP,SECTOR=REL,ADDR=C0,LIM=1;

also below you find my ISDN route parameters (The route where I face the problem)

Are you using SPU4? If yes, you need the latest trial firmware.

I think there's a path for Onebox 4.1 for this problem...
