Is procomm capable of interpreting dtmf digits from a modem? I am trying to determine what the far-end user has pressed on there phone.

Procomm does not directly have this capability as voice functionality was never developed into the application. It's possible your modem may support this and could return the results somehow if placed in modem command mode (Data | Modem Command Mode menu item in Procomm) and the correct AT commands issued.
