Is it possible on the IP500 V2 version 8.1 to capture PII (Personal Identifiable Information)? We are wanting to allow the customer when on a call to enter their SSN or CC numbers using the keypad.
We have an application that we would send the info to instead of having the customer read the numbers to the CSR.
