DTMF and SIP Trunking to ITSP

Platform: MXe II with MCD 4.1 SP1.

Has anyone experience DTMF problems with SIP trunks to ITSP and what did you do to resolve it.
Currently external callers are dialing into an ACD path and are unable to dial out through ACD Path interflow dialing list. Internally works as intended.
