I am trying to remove the DTI loop definition so we can change to a PRI. I disable in LD 96, the Disable in LD 60.

A stat x shows the loop disabled. Then go to LD 17 and try to do a DLOP Xx and get SCH 5589 telling me I have to diable the MSDL card.

Is there somewhere else I have to disable this thing so I can define my PRI loop?

In LD 96, perform DIS TMDI x. X = Loop number

telebub,

Tried that, now when I do the LD 17 I get
SCH564 Attempt to remove loop with data still on it,

I can't figure out what data would still be on it unless it's the clock controll but in LD 96 a stat cc x gets a not active return.

Thanks

You stat the CC in LD 60. SSCK 0. Have you "OUTTED" the trunks from the loop in LD 14?

LD 14, have to check that out. I inherited working on this system based on a one week school I went to 8 years ago. The rust is so deep on me it is horrible.

Sure as little green apples the system clock is locked to the slot I am trying to work as the PREF. Guess I have to figure out how to change that. I think it's in LD 60

Yep, you will need to disable the clock in LD 60 and take it out in LD 73. Once you rebuild the loop as PRI, you can add the clock back in LD 73 and enable it in LD 60. You will also need to OUT the trunks in LD 14 before you can remove the loop in LD 17.
