I have a BCM 400 that has been upgraded to 4.0, and just recently the DTI card is going down. The only light lit is power. No status light or service light. Trying to disable and enable module does nothing, you have to pull it out then slide it back in for the system to see it. We are patch current. The system has been in service for 4 years and running 4.0 for 15 months. No framimg slips, just lose framing and then the module goes down! Any ideas? We get event 367, then 44 and then 75...

Put a loopback plug in and see if it changes anything.
