DtermE display , incoming ext # missing 1

I have one Dterm series E that stops displaying the calling extension # after being plugged in for a while. It also usually displays the phone extension # when you pick up the receiver. At first I thought maybe it was just the phone and the dispalay was going out on it, so I switched it out and it worked fine for awhile but after a few days it stopped displaying things on the top line. For now I just have her unplug the phone for a second and then plug it back in when this happens. Could this be a problem in the programing? Perhaps with the wire, jack, phone, ect.?

2000IVS. I guess I should have thought of that one.....
 
If you have a CP03 CPU card this was an issue when the series E sets first came out. It was a horsepower issue and was fixed with a software upgrade that is available for NEC authorized dealers on the NEC NTAC web page.
Is this a CP03 and if so how many cabinets. 1 or 2.
 
The main processor card is CP00-B with 3 cabinets
 
is that CMD F63 and if so I cant find documentation on it in any of the manuals I have.
 
You won't find it in any manuals.
If you supply the result I can decifer the software series for you.
As for the actual core version you will also need to give me CM F82>0>?
 
CM F63 > 005FFFA9 > 25 FF FF FF
CM F82 > 0 > 1A 00 01 07
 
1900 series release 1 with CK 1.07 revision.
If you have an NEC authorized vendor they can log to the NEC web site and download the latest version for the IVS which I believe is CM 3.14.
I would try this upgrade first.
