Dterm SP30?

I have a few SP30 phones that the PopUp feature isn't working and when the program is minimized in the Task Bar the icon doesn't flash when a call comes in.

Suggestions?

I have a few SP30 phones that the PopUp feature isn't working when the program is minimized.

It seems that the feature is being blocked but I can't figuar it out.
