Dterm E Feature Answer not working

I have an NEC SV8500 with an extension I’m trying to enable the Feature Answer. I’ve done so on other phones just read feature then answer. This one phone is not enabling. It has same RSC and SFC as others that work fine. Is there a command I can enable the Answer button on this extension? We do have an MA 4000, can something be done in there to enable it?

Is it a digital phone and if so is it on a different card? The card it is on needs to be a certain rev level or above and it the card would need to be reset if this feature was just turned on, if it is an IP phone reset the phone.

Thanks. It looks like it goes back to 16-elcj and most other cards are 16-elcj-b. So yeah I’m thinking it’s the card. Appreciate it.
