DTD creation

Hello All,

I am a novice and would like to know how can i develop a DTD using the folloing information:

An XML document records data about car parts such as engines, doors, windows etc owned by a company. Also it contains data where the parts can be found, for example Room 1 in the Main warehouse and the name of the engineer who is in charge of maintaining it.
