Any suggestions on a fix for why the id maker is not printing? It is stating that it out of paper, and the card hopper is full. It just stopped all of sudden and now gives the OUT of Paper error..I have rebooted several times and it still says this...

"YOUR EXPECTATIONS DETERMINES YOUR DESTINATION"

Check that there is nothing blocking the paper sensor or switch. Had no experience of this hardware, just guessing.
