dta301 slip

hi everyone,
I am getting dta301 error message on nortel 81c pri that is connected to a remote option 11c through E1 link. the link was tested and found no errors, but still getting the error almost every 30 seconds. on that remote 11c i am getting dta300 error message. the stat of loop in ld 60 says in alarm status NO AUTO START after few hours i have to disable the d-channel and disable/enable the loop manually to establish the commuication again. please, i need your help to solve the problem.

What or Where is the Option11c taking it's clocking from ?

from the option 11 end, prt you ld 73 ddb and post, also, does this span run through a central office. Is this a new T-1, if not, what is the history, has it always run clen?? You said the span was tested, by whom?

another command.. ld 60 ssck 0 to see where your clocking from.. ld 73 shows the pri and sec clock ports.. ld 60 shows the active clock source..


are you running a csu? that may part of the problem
