I have DTA019 rolling over and over non stop for one of my t-1's frame error. Im guessing the CO end, but any input would be great.. The only way i can do anything in the terminal is to either unplug that T from the card or disable that card. I have a call in with CO, but again any input would be cool.

Try to loop up circuit and clear counters to see if it will run clean then put it back on the network if you have error's you will not it's with the network.
