According to the manual, it states only "Frame alignment maintenance limit".

We've been having problems with people dialing out getting cut-off, getting recordings here the last week or so. What I need to know is if this alignment limit message has to do with the PBX or with telco (as in the T-1 taking hits).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The answer is both.

The problem is one of the two has a clocking problem - could be at either end.

To test your clock
LD 60
SSCK 0

You should get info showing clock locked to loop x (depending on you switch type)
If clock is freeRun - use this command

TRCK PCK

Post back what you get with SSCK

LCNT (loop number) is another good command, helps you asess what may be wrong. How many clock controllers have you set up? and/or what switch are you talking about?
